At 11:24AM we detected an anomaly in our EC2 instances that caused one of our APIs to go down. We immediately got notified via our monitoring tools and our engineers proceeded to replace the faulty infrastructure component, which immediately resolved the issue, slowly bringing our systems back up. The downtime lasted approximately 15mins.
